🕒 1.5 minutes

The home page has been designed for easy navigation, quick access to actions, and the ability to organise your work into ‘folders’ (categories).

Navigating the Home Page:

  • Design: The user interface of the home page has been developed to facilitate easy navigation and provide an overview of outstanding or upcoming tasks.

    • Categories: Shows the different categories in which modules and registers are organised. Categories are expandable.

    • Recent: Shows the modules and registers you last used, so you can easily return to where you left off.
    • Urgent: Displays modules and registers where work is ongoing and needs to be completed. If there are no tasks requiring completion, this tab be empty.
  • Search Box: Type the name of the module or register you are looking for, and the page will highlight any matches. For example, if you are looking for the Gifts register, typing ‘gift’ will highlight it for you.

Modules and Registers Feature:

  • You can hover over a reporting module or register to see an overview and access quick actions. From here, you can check for any upcoming or overdue tasks, view the module or its entries, create a new entry (for registers only), modify the settings, and mark it as a favourite by clicking the star icon.
  • Coloured numbers show upcoming and overdue tasks (yellow for upcoming, red for overdue) adjacent to the relevant modules and registers.

NOTE: The home page operates on a permission-based system. This means that each user group will see the modules or registers they have permission to access on their home page. As a result, some users may see more items than others.
