How do I know what I’ve been assigned?
When you have been assigned a Report, Register, Task or Project, Leo will automatically send you an email to let you know.
Once you have received the email (or to check what’s been assigned to you at any time):
- Go to your Leo Calendar (to access it, click the left menu, click on the icon just beneath your Home icon).
- Select your name from the All Users drop-down to see what has been assigned to you.
Where can I see all of the Reports, Registers, Tasks and Projects that have been assigned to me?
To see any or all of the Reports, Registers, Tasks or Projects assigned to you:
- Go to your Leo Calendar (to access it, click the left menu, click on the icon just beneath your Home icon).
- Select your name from the All Users drop-down to see what has been assigned to you.
