Leo utilises groups and permissions to organise who has access to view and edit specific modules and features.
To add a user to a specific group, go to:
- Settings,
- Groups,
- Select the relevant Group,
- Tab "Members" and then click the add user button to assign someone to that group (providing you have the permission to do so).
To specify the permissions for each group, go to:
- Settings,
- Groups,
- Add or subtract any of the permissions specified by ticking or unticking the boxes.
