Where to find it?
To locate your Account Configuration:
- Click the Settings icon on the left sidebar (it should appear as a small cog).
- Within Settings, the third box along shows: Configuration.
- Click on the Configuration box. This will take you to a page where you will find 3 different tabs.
- First tab: CONFIGURATION, where you can upload:
- a LOGO which will always appear in the top left of your Leo Environment.
- a REPORT LOGO which will appear on any generated Report.
- a REPORT COVER to automatically appear as the first page of any generated Report.

- Second tab ‘FIRM PROPERTIES’, where you can input different properties and their values (e.g. for Contact Email the value would be the email itself).

- Third tab ‘VARIABLES’. This provides a ‘list of lists’, in which you can input groups of values that could need to be updated or changed. These lists can then be an ‘answer’ option within a report questionnaire.
For example, a list you could be storing might be named ‘Employees’; the names and number of employees is likely to change when people join or leave the company. This will then keep any questions requiring an employee name as an answer to provide an updated list of options.
To create a new list:
- Click NEW VARIABLE. This will take you to a window, in which you can input the relevant information. This includes the values to be included in the list itself, which can be added by clicking on the grey PLUS
- Remember to Save the New Variable. Click back onto the list to be able to edit the Values listed, and to upload the list.
