How do multiple reviewers work?
You can assign multiple reviewers to a report. Reviewers are added in a sequence as per the setup, and they review the report in the designated order.
Each Reviewer has an optional ‘Review By Date’ that has to be before the report ‘Due Date’ and it needs to be assigned in order (Reviewer 2 cannot have a review by date before Reviewer 1).

How It Works:
- When an employee submits a report, the first reviewer in the list receives the notification to review it.
- Reviewers have the option to reject the report and send it back either to a previous reviewer or directly to the employee, depending on the nature and severity of the rejection. There is a space to explain the reason for rejection.
This process allows for multiple levels of review, ensuring the report is of a good standard before reaching the final reviewer.
