Here are the steps to access Leo for the first time:
- We will send you an invitation email with a unique link to Leo’s secure cloud-based portal
- The link will take you to the Register with Leo screen, where you’ll be prompted to create a password
- From there, you will automatically be taken to the Log in to Leo
Now you’re ready to begin using Leo. Once you have registered, you will always be able to access the Leo portal here: app.leo.tech.
If you forget your password, click on Reset Password near the bottom of the Log In to Leo screen and we will email you a password reset link.
Leo Two-Factor Authentication
Leo can be configured to use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep users’ accounts and data secure. Once a user has signed up, they will be prompted to configure 2FA, using an authenticator code before accessing Leo. You can use either Google or Microsoft Authenticator for this.
NOTE: if prompted to do so, we recommend strongly that you set up 2FA on your first or second login. For security reasons, you only have a few chances to set up 2FA by yourself. After that, you will need to contact Leo support.
